Standard terms & conditions of hire

Reserving a booking

We will reserve a booking for up to 6 weeks before the event. If an alternative booking request is received you will be given first option to confirm.

Confirming a booking

Once we have received a booking form we will confirm the booking within 5 days.

Confirming delegate numbers

14 days prior to an event we will contact you to confirm the number of people attending and any special dietary requirements.

*Please note: you will be invoiced for at least the delegate numbers confirmed by this date or for the minimum charge outlined below, whichever is the greater. If you notify us of additional numbers after this date we will try to accommodate this.

Lunch

From September 1st we will be offering the option to have a lunch which will be prepared by us at Concept. After this date you will not be permitted to consume food on the premises which has not been provided by Concept Flex.
