An introduction to PQASSO

PQASSO is a straightforward, user-friendly quality assurance system intended to help you run your organisation more effectively and efficiently. It offers a flexible approach to quality which allows your organisation to work at its own pace. It helps you take a systematic look at what you do, identify areas where you are doing well and not so well, and decide exactly where improvements are needed.

PQASSO is the most popular system with over 13000 copies already sold across the UK. We know from previous participants that some funders and commissioning bodies are already stating that working through a QA system, such as PQASSO, is desirable and in some cases a requirement for future funding and contracts. The Charity Commission has recently endorsed the 3rd edition of PQASSO and the PQASSO Quality Mark.

PQASSO Pick and Mix courses are also available which focus on specific Quality Areas within the PQASSO framework.

We combine our popular and proven one-day team- building programme with time spent in a real kitchen.

During the day you:

Time Management

Our one day Time Management and Mastery Programme helps you to be more effective by getting more done in less time. You can spend this recovered time doing the things you love, or more work it's up to you! It is, however, not for everyone you will need to be committed to wanting to change.

During the day you will learn to maximise your time by setting priorities and managing time.

The advantages of effective Time Management include:

• Accomplishing more each day
• Meeting project deadlines
• Spending more time with customers without added staff, equipment or office space
• Spend more time pursuing opportunities and less time on paperwork and meetings

We look at 12 areas that affect your personal effectiveness and build up a personal resource and action plan by the end of the day. We cover the pros and cons of paper based and electronic time management systems. Which one might be right for you?

This 1 day course is for Youth Professionals wanting to work with Young People around their anger.
