New Entrance at New Street Station

On the Odd Blog we are keeping you updated about the progress of  the refurbishment of New Street Station.

So far much of the work has been centred around knocking things down or out! However, we have started to see the future concourse space that will exit onto the corner of Station Street/Hill Street  (see picture below). There is still alot more work to with Stephenson Tower still to be demolished – we will try and get some video of that coming down!

This year also sees the start of the work to clad the station in its steel facade!
